On March 3, a networking workshop on the management of island and coastal habitats in vulnerable scenarios was held on the island of La Graciosa (Canary Islands). Participants included staff from the National Parks Autonomous Agency (OAPN), the Galician Regional Government, the Canary Islands Government, the company TRAGSA, and the University of Santiago de Compostela.
The workshop facilitated the transfer and replicability of the solutions adopted and the expected results of the LIFE INSULAR project in the Galician and Canary Island locations involved, as well as the exchange of information on other projects and initiatives implemented in other island or coastal scenarios throughout Spain. This fostered a shared discussion that promoted information sharing and collective learning.
