2022/07/29: Spanish LIFE INSULAR partners are carrying out the characterization works of insular habitats and the technical planning of the restoration

IBADER-USC, DXPN, OAPN and TRAGSA teams are carrying out extensive cabinet work (which has included more than 20 joint meetings so far) to determine the conservation status of the island habitats targeted by the project. During the summer season, these work meetings are being complemented with numerous field visits to the island action sites (Cíes, Ons, Sálvora, La Graciosa).

The result of these works will provide important starting information for the development of conservation actions, establish a system of common monitoring indicators and a contingency plan for any eventuality that arises during the project.
